The pattern that can be substituted with only a minor change is called Maybelle and can be found at this link: http://6ichthusfish.typepad.com/6ichthusfish/2010/05/maybelle-crochet-flower-free-pattern.html The only difference in the motif pattern is that there are 8 DC in each loop on the last round, not 7 as is called for in the pattern. As with most of my patterns, I learned far too late to write these things down, and I am sitting here with the shawl on my lap trying to remember back to 2015 when I first made this shawl.
